Hi there! My name is Amber Waters and I do events. Over the past 10 years, I've worked with events ranging from weddings, to small academic meetings, to fundraising galas, to industry tradeshows. My favorite parts of event planning are discovering the goals and desired emotional outcomes, putting all the pieces together like a huge puzzle, and presenting a flawlessly executed experience.

 

Learning and sharing knowledge of the event planning industry is incredibly important to me and I always strive to stay on top of current trends and best practices. I am a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), as well Virtual Events and Meetings Management certified. I also hold memberships in Women for Economic Leadership & Development (WELD), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and Wedding Professionals of Columbus (WPC).  In addition, I am a member of the David Tutera Mentorship Program.
